It is with great pleasure and anticipation that I welcome you to the İleriMUN’24 as the Secretary-General of this prestigious gathering. The İleriMUN is a unique platform where young minds converge to discuss, debate, and devise solutions to some of the most pressing issues of our time.

Your participation in this Model United Nations simulation represents your commitment to promoting diplomacy, cooperation, and the pursuit of peaceful solutions to the world's most challenging problems. The complex issues and debates that you will engage with during the conference will test your critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, providing you with invaluable experiences for personal and academic growth. It is an honor to have you as a delegate, and I am confident that your contributions will greatly enrich our conference.

As the Secretary-General, I assure you that both the Organization Team and the Academic Team have put tremendous efforts into making this conference an unforgettable experience for you. Our agendas are meticulously crafted to ensure that you have a rewarding and intellectually stimulating time.

We have assembled a team of talented and experienced staff who will be dedicated to facilitating the committee sessions and ensuring that all participants can engage in fruitful debate. Furthermore, we have arranged several social events and activities, to provide you with opportunities to network and establish meaningful connections with other fellow delegates.

I encourage you to engage actively and embrace the diversity of perspectives that will be presented during the conference.
